Most orders qualify for FREE delivery Australia-wide. Orders are shipped by Australia Post or other selected couriers and usually delivered in 2 to 5 days after receiving your payment.
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with advice on the chosen courier service, the estimated delivery date, a consignment note number and a shipping status link, indicating the current shipping progress of your consignment.
Please ensure that your nominated shipping location is attended by yourself or someone able to accept and sign for the package upon delivery. If your premises are not attended when the driver attempts delivery, he/she will leave an attempted-delivery-card. In order to get your parcel as quickly and efficiently as possible, please retain the card and follow the instructions carefully. If you are not able to resolve delivery with the courier expeditiously please call us or the package will be returned.
Independently of your order shipment, we may send you a complimentary power adapter plug via Australia Post (all LW Scientific centrifuges are approved and configured for 220-volt Australian mains operation, however, some products are delivered with a US-style plug that requires a US to AUS adapter). This will ensure that you are able to use your LW equipment immediately upon arrival, without the inconvenience of having to source the plug yourself as is generally the case when purchased through other vendors.
